Compact disk plinths, known as jewels, have been reappropriated from domestic waste found in charity shops which have had to be dismantled, sterilised, and reassembled, 28 jewels make up a cube. Like Lego, they can be assembled to differing heights. 

Discover the art that is hidden within the jewelled cases, reminiscent of a Manhattan skyline. 

The project ran from International Dance Day, 29 April to World Heart Day, 29 September 2024 The two international exhibitions, one in Sevenoaks, UK and another in Sao Paulo, Brazil, will be held over Restart a Heart Day 16 October 2024.

The work submitted for the UK will be sold at the University of the Creative Arts, Canterbury, to raise funds for their final year BA Fine Art student's degree show March 2025.
