I live on Romney Marsh next to the sea close to Dungeness.  I have enjoyed photography since I was a child, developing my skills over time.  I enjoy making art from my images; using a photo and changing the light or colour this can give new life to edges, shapes and shadows that are in the original.

I relish collaborating with other artists as they can bring new ideas and challenges to my work.  I love nature and wildlife and enjoy walks out to see what I can capture at different times of the year.  I like to take inspiration from things that might normally go unnoticed such as a roof or a row of chairs that with some imagination can make a simple but perfect and interesting image.  

I am drawn to creating black and white images but use colour when its right for the image.  I am lucky enough to share a studio space at my home, were I capture portraits.
